Check In / Out
The earliest check into your room is 2pm, the latest check out on your leaving day is 11am. You are not permitted to be in the hostel if you are no longer staying.
Before and after staying with us we will take care of your luggage for you until 4pm after you have checked out.
When booking direct we will not usually require a deposit and you will be fine to pay on arrival.
On special events however this is unreasonable and we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit which we will charge to your card.
There is a 2 night minimum stay on a Friday and Saturday. On special events there may be a 3 night minimum. Please check the booking form for availability as we sometimes do 1 night stays on quiet weekends.
At weekends there is a group maximum of 6 guests. This includes if you split the booking over multiple bookings. If you are together and over 6 guests then we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time and charge any monies owed to us.
The usual cancellation deadline is 48 hours. For groups of 6 and over the deadline is 7 days. See below for charges for late cancellations.
Late Cancellation Charges
If you miss the cancellation deadline we reserve the right to charge for the first night of your stay. If you are booked to arrive on a Friday or Saturday we reserve the right to charge for the first 2 nights of your stay.
Cancellations After Check In
After arrival you cannot cancel any nights of your stay.
Credit Card Details
When you make a booking you will be required to provide credit card details to hold your room until arrival. Your details are held securely on a PCI compliant server. Your card must remain valid for the total cost of your stay from the day you book until your check out date. If you card becomes invalid for any reason we will cancel your booking with no notice given.
